| Casa Divina is a south facing villa,
with lovely views to the sea and open countryside. The villa was finished
in 2002 to a very high standard and is equipped as a modern home. There is a 8m x 4m pool in a large lawned garden. Built on 1 level the villa has a large central living area with French windows opening out onto the pool terrace area. All the accomodation leads from the central area and is designed so that 2 families could share but still retain their privacy. 2 bedrooms at one end of the villa and 1 is at the other end. The kitchen is very well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, hob and plenty of cutlery and crockery. The rear walled garden has a pool with terraces and poolside furniture for sunbathing and BBQ Alfresco. I need to fill and also next year. |

The island has been designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty by UNESCO and this is fiercely protected by the Menorquine people. Menorca is also famous for it's wildlife and in particular it's birdlife and many birdwatchers visit the island during the cooler months. |
