A brand new villa on a prestigious complex situated within a 3 minute easy walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Arenal de'n Castell. The self catering villa is very close to all amenities and in a very peaceful and quiet location. The villa is tastefully furnished and features 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning and central heating are available throughout. The complex consists of 18 privately owned houses (mostly Spanish owners) and features a large swimming pool and a smaller children's pool.

Accommodation in Holiday Villa

The villa has a small private garden where guests can have a barbecue or relax on sun beds.
The villa has 3 bedrooms: one double with outside terrace, and two twin rooms. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor, providing shower and bath facilities. The hiring of cots and high chairs can be organised for our guests. Any  extra cost will be passed on to the guests who require these items.
There is a fully-fitted modern kitchen with hob, cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a seperate utility room containing a washing machine and room for drying washing with an iron and ironing board.
There is a large and tastefully furnished lounge / dining room with a television.
Sheets and towels are provided but we recommend guests bringing their own towels for use at the beach.
The whole complex is accessible to wheelchair users.

Coast/Beach near Villa Dani

The beach is only a 3 minute easy walk away. Arenal de'n Castell, on Menorca's north coast, is a beautiful bay with crystal clear blue water and a fine golden sandy beach.
The beach is very safe for children and all facilities are close by.

Menorca has one golf course and this is situated with a 15 minute drive away.

Travel & Distances from Villa Dani

All the amenities of Arenal de'n Castell are a few minutes walk away. There are some very good restaurants and bars, however although these amenities are very close to the villa, there is no noise and the situation is very peaceful and quiet.
Menorca's only airport is a 15 minute drive away.

Menorca is ideal for autumn/winter walking holidays as there are some stunning walks on the island. The island has been designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty by UNESCO and this is fiercely protected by the Menorquine people.
Menorca is also famous for it's wildlife and in particular it's birdlife and many birdwatchers visit the island during the cooler months.
