Cortijo Gallombar is a delightfully restored farmhouse in a pretty Spanish hamlet. Accommodation is offered in three completely self contained cottages which are equipped to a high standard. Cortijo Gallombar is set in beautiful, mature gardens which feature large terraces, shaded courtyard/patio, barbecue and swimming pool.The English owners live on site and speak English, Spanish, German and a little French.
This accommodation is ideally situated for exploring the surrounding Alpujarras and the wonderful countryside. The area is great for walking, horse riding or simply relaxing. The beaches of the Costa Tropical are only 35 minutes away and Granada 55 minutes.

Casita La Luna - 2 bedrooms - sleeps 5/6  - can be connected to Casita La Estrella.

Fully equipped kitchen/lounge with sofa bed and wood burning stove. 1 double bedroom ensuite, 1 twin bedroom ensuite, extra beds and cot. Bathroom Patio

Guests have use of gardens, large terraces, shaded courtyard, 10m x 5m swimming pool, barbecue, washing machine.

The pretty hamlet of Tijola has a small restaurant and the market town of Orgiva is 5kms away. There are supermarkets, banks with ATM's, bars and restaurants at Orgiva. For location of Orgiva please click on the Google map link.
Possible activities locally include walking, horse riding, paragliding, mountain biking, birdwatching or simply relaxing. There is a golf course at Motril and a water park at Almunecar. The nearest beaches  are at Salobrena/Motril which is about 35 minutes drive. Malaga airport is  2 hours drive away. Car hire is recommended although taxis can be arranged.
