This holiday home is a 2 storey house with a large roof terrace and sea and plaza views. It has recently been fully restored to a very high standard.
This self catering accommodation is on the first and top floors of the house which has retained its original character and charm.

Located in the Poble Nou area of Villajoyosa which is on the other side of the river from the Old Quarter. This holiday home is 500 metres from the beach and approximately 800 metres from the Plaza San Pedro in the Old Quarter. The main town is 500 metres away and there is a small shop nearby for fresh bread and cakes.

The apartment comprises:- on the first floor of a living room with TV, a double bedroom with ceiling fan, a triple bedroom with bunk bed a single bed and ceiling fan, a shower room and balcony overlooking the plaza. On the second floor is another living room with dining and kitchen area, off this there is a large terrace with table and chairs and a nice view of the sea, the Old Town and Benidorm. There is a further shower area on the terrace. The house is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. It sleeps up to 5.

Villajoyosa is a typically Spanish seaside town, which has retained its original character and charm. It is located on the Costa Blanca between the Historic City of Alicante and the lively commercialised town of Benidorm. It boasts one of the loveliest and best kept beaches in Spain and some of the finest and cheapest seafood served on a splendid promenade. It is one of the most effortlessly atmospheric little seaside towns you could wish to visit, it is the sort of place that revels in its relative obscurity, the kind of place Spaniards keep quiet about so that they have somewhere civilised to go on holiday themselves.
